01 - 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch chunks

02 - 1 tbsp brown sugar or coconut sugar
03 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
04 - Pinch of sea salt
05 - 1 tbsp melted coconut oil or neutral oil (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
02 - In a large bowl, toss pineapple chunks with brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and melted coconut oil if desired, making sure all pieces are evenly coated.
03 - Arrange pineapple chunks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
