01 - Place all dried cucumber flakes, dill weed, garlic granules, onion flakes, parsley, mint, lemon zest powder, sea salt, and white pepper into a spice grinder or small blender. Pulse in short bursts until a uniform semi-fine texture is achieved, leaving some visible flecks of herbs for visual appeal.
02 - Transfer the blended seasoning to an airtight glass jar or sealed container. Keep in a cool, dry pantry away from direct sunlight. The mix will maintain peak flavor for up to 6 months.
03 - Stir 1 tbsp of the seasoning blend into 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes so the dried herbs rehydrate and the flavors meld. Taste and adjust salt and lemon intensity as desired.
04 - Sprinkle generously over roasted vegetables, fresh popcorn, grilled chicken, pita chips, or use as a dry rub for lamb and fish before cooking.
