Roasted Brussels Sprouts Honey (Printable)

# What You Need:

01 - 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

→ Oils & Seasonings

02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - ½ tsp sea salt
04 - ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

05 - 2 tbsp honey
06 - ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, cut side down for optimal caramelization.
04 - Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
05 - Remove from the oven. Drizzle immediately with honey and balsamic vinegar (if using), and toss to coat evenly. Serve hot as a side dish.
