# What You Need:

01 - 14 oz flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
02 - 1 tbsp soy sauce

# Steps:

01 - Combine the beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and let marinate for 10-15 minutes to tenderize.
02 - Prepare noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
03 - Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and water in a small bowl until sugar dissolves.
04 - Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add marinated beef and stir-fry until just browned, about 2 minutes. Remove beef and set aside.
