01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour in melted butter and stir until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
03 - Reserve 3/4 cup of mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture firmly into bottom of prepared pan to form crust.
04 - In separate bowl, mix chopped strawberries with granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice until evenly coated.
05 - Spread strawberry mixture evenly over crust. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over strawberries.
06 - Bake for 35-38 minutes until topping is golden and strawberries are bubbling.
07 - Cool completely in pan before lifting out and slicing into bars.
