04 - While the patties cook, arrange greens, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado, and carrots in 4 serving bowls.
05 - In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
06 - Place a cooked turkey patty on each salad bowl. Drizzle with the yogurt dressing.
